Licensing Procedures Knowledge of amateur radio

OF PROCEDURE FOR THE LICENSING AND RENEWAL

(From amateur radio regulations of Cuba)

Article 28: The operating license under stations according to the category determined by the certificate of competency of their caretaker.

Article 40: Applications for amateur radio license renewals are made on the models developed by the appointing authority, they must be submitted within the period specified in Article 37, by completing the following requirements:

a) update their personal data;

b) accompany two recent passport photos and identity of the applicant;

Article 41: Renewal applications submitted after the period specified in Article 37 of this Regulation may be processed after they have resolved all received in a timely manner, having to stop their activities until the stations receiving the renewal request. Article 46: In case of loss, destruction or mutilation of the operating licenses of the stations, the licensee must apply to the authority within fifteen working days, a copy of it. In a term of twenty days the appointing authority shall deliver a copy of the license which shall contain the condition. In the event of loss, if it appear, to be returned the copy to be issued.
